retained for the EBLF measurement. In this case the Vmin value is taken to be 0,85 times the$ \2 o% p- e; b. e- g3 v, O& u. ]' i
rated voltage (V1) unless specifically advised of a different value by the control gear" e) F- l# L o/ v1 T

Measurement of EBLF shall be made at 25 °C, using a lamp of the appropriate type and

As declared EBLF must be reached after 0,5 s, measurements at 5 s are not considered.5 n( \- i1 ~4 d
Any test circuit corresponding to that of Figure 1 can be used to make the measurement of EBLF. The luminous flux of a lamp is usually measured with an integrating photometer. For ratio measurements of luminous fluxes, a suitable illuminance meter is sufficient as there is a close relationship between luminous flux and illumination at a fixed point.! T- Y. g" D5 f# z
NOTE Other methods may apply for determining EBLF in particular methods which record permanently the luminous flux of the lamp associated to the ballast under test.4 P" J J- K1 h! s
