retained for the EBLF measurement. In this case the Vmin value is taken to be 0,85 times the

; O r3 S/ n4 ^$ I Bthen in steady conditions at Vmin.( J& @* @4 p9 W: I* A
The lowest value of the values measured at 60 s and V1 or in steady conditions at Vmin shall7 q6 Z7 m1 M: U% k- n
be retained and shall reach at least the declared EBLF.4 X7 u! z0 V! t0 f$ J; R
The value measured at 5 s and V1 shall reach at least 50 % of declared EBLF.

As declared EBLF must be reached after 0,5 s, measurements at 5 s are not considered.
1 o! B+ n" {9 K3 Z* h# }Any test circuit corresponding to that of Figure 1 can be used to make the measurement of EBLF. The luminous flux of a lamp is usually measured with an integrating photometer. For ratio measurements of luminous fluxes, a suitable illuminance meter is sufficient as there is a close relationship between luminous flux and illumination at a fixed point.5 _! e0 v0 }2 w) |% N# l8 U) M
NOTE Other methods may apply for determining EBLF in particular methods which record permanently the luminous flux of the lamp associated to the ballast under test.( a% X4 A! _# E4 ]5 I* T/ ~, Q
