保护阻抗之所以可以用来跨接绝缘,其先决条件是有足够的稳定性,这一点600335中结构一章提到了,60065和60950没有仔细查核。两只电视高压包内的硅堆反向连接,其耐压也是数万伏级别。但构成电阻的是多只串联的PN结,那个仅靠添加不同物质所形成阻止电流反向通过的电场,不可能视其为有足够稳定性的,因而不能用作保护阻抗。

! ^% @/ e, {0 C# B3 |3 I我个人理解二极管是可以满足a 的要求的,现在有争论的就是打耐压方向的问题,就像8楼所说的,标准没有规定从哪个方向打,既然没有规定,那我可以按对我产品有利的方向来打,就算是机构的工程师,如果说不允许,也要有相关的标准作为依据才可以反驳我的做法吧。我们都知道,只要二极管的反向击穿电压大于我们的绝缘耐压要求,按固定的方向来打耐压(DC)是可以打得过的。6 b A: r2 w7 I+ ^
