reverse operation指的是中止器具的正常工作(比如停止加热),其实就是限温器动作了。1 h: p m, X& p! `- i' H3 P# e
所以注解的第一句的意思是:在器具的正常工作期间,限温器不动作。比如,电饭煲煮饭时,限温器不能动作。等饭熟了,温度开始偏离正常的温度,限温器动作。4 V L/ R1 v; _7 z, S" U6 B2 ~% E; Z
可见,限温器是从控制目的上来定义的,其目的是在器具偏离正常温度时动作。而温控器的目的是把温度限定在某个范围,不管通和断,器具都处在正常工作状态下,动作频率要明显高于限温器。从24.1.4也可以看出,限温器循环次数要求比较低。
