When a factor is not specified, the supply voltage is the most unfavourable within the rated

; }1 n# K9 C+ t" m$ v( |NOTE 1 If a heating appliance has a rated voltage range, the upper limit of the voltage range will usually be the most unfavourable voltage within the range.

but with restricted heat dissipation. The supply voltage, determined prior to the test, is that& M, M6 C; }! s S7 | O: l

所以个人认为:19.2与19.3的测试电压应该是:测得额定功率0.85与1.24倍时的电压即可.1 [9 Q1 P6 I! d9 k, ^
