感觉楼主刚入职场,而且很钻研。
但是有些事情不是纯粹靠技术能说的通的, 技术也是一种手段, 是为处理问题服务的。

球压不过，是外壳材料耐温不够，用的便宜的材料，必须换达到要求的，搞假的货出到那边出了问题更麻烦：（

球压最低都是125摄氏度。115度的球压，不是950的~

4.5.5 Resistance to abnormal heat
Thermoplastic parts on which parts at HAZARDOUS VOLTAGE are directly mounted shall be resistant
to abnormal heat.
Compliance is checked by subjecting the part to the ball-pressure test according to IEC
60695-10-2. The test is not made if it is clear from examination of the physical characteristics of
the material that it will meet the requirements of this test.
The test is made in a heating cabinet at a temperature of (T − Tamb + Tma + 15 °C) ± 2 °C.
However, a thermoplastic part supporting parts in a PRIMARY CIRCUIT is tested at a minimum of 125
°C.
The significances of T, Tma and Tamb are as given in 1.4.12.1.

60950里外壳不需要做球压测试，只有那些接触带电部件的才需要，比方说plug holder 和bobbin，而且温度至少是125度。请楼主确认是否搞错了

LZ上文有提到，是挡板与PRIMARY CIRCUIT 很近，然而这个挡板与外壳又是一体的，所以~~~~
