球压不过，是外壳材料耐温不够，用的便宜的材料，必须换达到要求的，搞假的货出到那边出了问题更麻烦：（

60950里外壳不需要做球压测试，只有那些接触带电部件的才需要，比方说plug holder 和bobbin，而且温度至少是125度。请楼主确认是否搞错了

LZ上文有提到，是挡板与PRIMARY CIRCUIT 很近，然而这个挡板与外壳又是一体的，所以~~~~
