对于IEC60335-1其实个人觉得最重要的几个关键词: 带电部件 可触及部件 还有绝缘/器具的分类几个概念。

对于任何一个产品,我们第一步要确定的是绝缘的类型:basic/supplementary/reinforced(double) insulation. 在对此判定的前面,我们必须考虑器具的类型(class 0, I, II III)。

第二步:器具是 is in overvoltage catergory II,

For basic insulation (clearance), there are two limit existed, 1.5mm for general basic insulation and 1.0mm for tubular heater7 q9 c- l- a+ c! q
For supplementary insulation, it is same with basic insulation

/ R' C" k' S5 y1 L5 ffor basic insulation: see table 17, usaally we can determine the appliance pollution degree from concerned part 2( see -2-15 for kettle), it is pollution degree IIII. and material group IIIa/IIIb.
