对于IEC60335-1其实个人觉得最重要的几个关键词: 带电部件 可触及部件 还有绝缘/器具的分类几个概念。# H# F4 m2 c i+ T1 |& K/ u

对于任何一个产品,我们第一步要确定的是绝缘的类型:basic/supplementary/reinforced(double) insulation. 在对此判定的前面,我们必须考虑器具的类型(class 0, I, II III)。9 D K( U- V5 P; @8 V
以我们熟悉的无线水壶为例子。以(Strix connector), 带地线.金属外壳,我们的第一印象,Class I appliance.$ B' O, w/ s7 N
第二步:器具是 is in overvoltage catergory II,

for basic insulation: see table 17, usaally we can determine the appliance pollution degree from concerned part 2( see -2-15 for kettle), it is pollution degree IIII. and material group IIIa/IIIb.

Supplementary insulation is same with basic general requirement
