那同步跟异步间有何差异？

不是同步跟异步间有何差异, 而是你的设计对于同步(随机角度)或异步(指定角度)之被干扰程度是否一样!

5.7 Surges

Pulses shall be applied to the a.c. voltage wave as follows; five positive polarity pulses at the 90o phase angle, five negative polarity pulses at the 270o phase angle. Two test levels are given for different types of lighting
