我们电源产品输出标识: 额定输出电压, 额定输出电流
& H# ^& H) M1 J, [# F# G" s我从IEC61558-1:1998 和IEC61558-1:2005 两个版本, 分别找到如下的描述:

Transformers are connected to rated supply voltage and loaded with an impedance which would give rated output, at rated output voltage and, for a.c. current, at rated power factor; then the supply voltage is increased by 6%. After this voltage increase, no change is made in the circuit, the test is repeated under no-load condition if this a more unfavourable situation

从1998版标准, 明显可以看出"方法2"是对的.
: G) z) M. H4 n8 t/ U* B- m从2005版标准, 针对independent transformer而言, 也应采用方法2

可见外置电源产品属于independent transformer, 应该采用方法2了.
