等效接地弹簧不需要防松脱？

加盘簧的目的是保护内部导线（因器具在使用中存在开合位移）；盘簧内部导线之间有一层绝缘管（厚度不小于1mm）。盘簧用螺钉固定，不是做保护接地的作用。

里面的白色套管如果只有一层编织层，作为附加绝缘也是不够的。那么这个时候弹簧就要求良好接地了。我是这样理解的

这个是电饼铛吧，弹簧是易触及金属部件，如果弹簧不接地，那么护套将视作附加绝缘（包裹着内部线）。要求护套的厚度不低于1mm，或者要求两层。。。。。另外11章表3中对用作附加绝缘的软线护套的温升限制为35K，此处护套的温升肯定远远超过35K.如果弹簧接地了就可以规避以上两点。所以这里应该是要有防松措施的

如果套管厚度没有1.0 mm厚，能满足23.3 ？？

conductors, including those providing earthing continuity. Flexible metallic tubes shall not
cause damage to the insulation of the conductors contained within them. Open-coil springs
shall not be used to protect the wiring. If a coiled spring, the turns of which touch one another,
is used for this purpose, there shall be an adequate insulating lining in addition to the
insulation of the conductors.
