赞同此观点。标准中讲开关寿命是指CYCLE循环（开和关一次叫一个循环）。

今天看UL标准有一句话：
" [% ^! C$ |. I6 }$ q- Z; CA controller employing a disconnect switch or mechanism, used to interrupt the magnetizing current
of the control transformer, shall be subjected to 25 close-open operations of the disconnect device with
+ W! b) A) ?4 B& f' x0 {, `1 o6 Nthe transformer connected in the intended manner.

应该说operation 仅指其中一个过程(open or close) 所以标准才会说close-open operations.
