如果要测待机能耗得根据样品实际使用情况来具体区分，不一定所有的产品都是测待机能耗。' F5 b% }- t A) l0 z, D
产品可分为待机能耗和关机能耗，两者有可能同时适用标准要求（家电产品标准EN 62301:2005。IT产品标准EN 62087：2008）& H8 e: G/ W; ~5 H0 s* S

测量最短周期为5分钟，2010年1月7号以前标准要求是stage 1.2013年以后标准要求是stage 2,见如下注解
