产品可分为待机能耗和关机能耗，两者有可能同时适用标准要求（家电产品标准EN 62301:2005。IT产品标准EN 62087：2008）6 Y' Z6 h( g+ V' j
这里只针对于家电产品

测量最短周期为5分钟，2010年1月7号以前标准要求是stage 1.2013年以后标准要求是stage 2,见如下注解
