Decision

5 N" D; s6 o6 r) O9 X& b4 n- the appliance is delivered as one appliance with two parts, a power supply unit and a class III
/ P2 m" {# X( Kapparatus.
, T! Y* ]" `- b- the power supply is specially designed for the class III apparatus and has the model or any other
5 A' ~4 L$ H" Rrelevant identification of the class III part written on it.
; f& ~, ]- A& U, T9 b- the class III apparatus has the same model marking as the power supply unit and the instructions( O0 b: o4 ~/ t0 u% ~# X! y" X
shall include that only the power supply unit delivered with it can be used.: W% d: h" x5 b3 a
- special markings required in the relevant part 2 for the class III part shall be marked on it. |
