NOTE Care should be taken not to mistake condensation for water entry.
2) For luminaires with drain holes, water entry including condensation is allowed during the
tests if it can drain out effectively and provided it does not reduce the creepage and
clearance distances below the minimum levels specified in the standard;
还需考虑电压在12 V r.m.s. or 30 V ripple-free d.c. 的SELV parts

都是在正常的电压下点亮预热。当温度稳定时立刻用水去喷，灯具内部是不允许进水的！（透镜也算灯具内部）
