簡介:
% H/ A4 O, j! a美國加州於1986年開始實施「安全飲用水及有毒物質法案」 (The Safe Drinking Water and Toxic Enforcement Act)，又稱為加州65法案，主要是推廣安全、乾淨的飲用水，並促使消費性產品不含會導致癌症或畸形兒的有毒物質。法規精神為：「從事商業行為的任何人，不得將危害物質於未經告示下販售給消費者。」

(1) Provide clear and reasonable warning
# x8 t% K6 l! x(2) Do not discharge listed chemicals into drinking water5 u# x/ x' n& E( P

警告標識內容要求:

0 B2 a8 V/ o7 E% O( C F, b% w(1) A warning must be given for listed chemicals unless exposure is low enough to pose no significant risk.
! B R- ?4 u! [7 K$ g/ w# s(2) Warning labelling is required if the product does not meet the requirements of Proposition 65.0 q. F5 W+ R" T: s
(3) The warning message must clearly communicate that the chemical in question is known to the State (California) to cause adverse effects. |
