因版权关系, 只有基于IEC的标准才要收费(如UL60065, UL60950等....)，纯粹UL标准对于UL客户都是免费下载的.

Do as below:
1. Firstly, call UL-CCIC suzhou office:0512-68086400, get through man-operated line, and tell them what you want;
2. The operator will send you an e-mail and let you know how to apply for it;
3. In that e-mail(A), there will be telephone No., you call it, then there will be an UL engineer and she/he will send you a registration account(user name/password) through e-mail(B);
4. As per that registration account, you'll be requested to log into one website( designated in the e-mail(B)) for registration, and during that registration, you'll be requested to define your own user name/password, then after the registration is finished, log onto UL standards website, then everything will be Ok.

因为从2010年的某个早上起，IEC决定对UL收取(UL出版的基于IEC版本的标准)版权费。所以，UL不能再像之前一样，提供免费的午餐给它的客户了（之前，所以的标准都可以免费下载）。
