Maybe i explain more clearly, this the playmet is not entered by a child

the tent, puppet theater and play tunnel are fall into this requirement

you should read the heading of clause 4.4

if you say add a large cloth to cover the playmet

therefore, the large fabric should meet the flammability requirement, not the playmet

and the action are already over the intended use of the playmet
