由此看来，装不装在器具内部，有没有自身的外壳，不是区分associated和independent的重点。

区分的重点在于associated是给特定的设备供电的（例如61347－2－13拿应急照明装置的情况来举了一个例子）;而indepedent是可以给不特定的设备供电的。
