UL关于热电偶的要求

现在是这样的,UL用J型,EU用K型

晕，之前香港UL建议我们用J型热电偶。
但广州UL说，OOLV的产品建议用K型或者T型热电偶。

国内一般用K、T型，就UL用J型。在UL美华看他们用两盘线材自己焊接成热电偶，用不几次就换用新做的。

8.3.17 The junction of the thermocouple is to be firmly secured with the point on the surface on which the
temperature is to be measured. The thermocouple is to consist of wires not larger than 24 AWG (0.21
mm2) and not smaller than 30 AWG (0.05 mm2). Thermocouples consisting of 30 AWG (0.05 mm2) iron
and constantan (Type J) wires, are to be used whenever a referee temperature measurement by
thermocouples is necessary. Thermocouples consisting of chromel-alumel (Type K) or copper-constantan
(Type T) wires may be used if it is determined that high frequency operation results in eddy current
heating of iron and constantan thermocouples.

UL8750有具体要求。

一般要求使用J型线材来测试温度,如有特殊要求的是使用K型线,线径30AWG最好

安捷伦做欧规的大部分都是K型把
