以上是说插头插入插座时要求不通电流,插入后立即通电维持15S, 之后插头拔出插座,拔离插座的状态维持105S; 然后继续开始第二个循环吗?那有这样的插拔设备可以做到这个吗?一般我知道是直接机械插拔或者带电插拔,这个要求好像有点复杂,我也不明白标准这么要求是基于什么考虑?
