在EN的话电池驱动玩具应满足EN62115的要求，是针对14岁以下的儿童使用玩具。

14.11 Non-detachable parts that prevent contact with moving parts or hot surfaces, or access to locations where explosion or fire could be initiated, shall be fixed in a reliable manner and shall withstand the mechanical stress occurring during normal use.
Compliance is checked by applying the following pull force:
+ N/ [1 W; _/ a' j– 50 N, if the longest accessible dimension of the part does not exceed 6 mm;

, ^/ x4 e' K0 S" G而EN71中3岁以下才需要做滥用测试。所以两者结合，8+的玩具只需要在电池玩具标准中进行拉力测试。

所以在Europe方面，该玩具符合EN71-1的要求，但是不符合EN62115的要求。

在ISO方面，旧版本的ISO8124玩具需要符合Annex A中的要求，但是其中没有另外提到滥用测试方面的要求，所以根据ISO8124的滥用测试年龄段是8岁以下，所以玩具无需进行滥用测试，可以判定玩具是符合ISO8124旧版本的要求的。

- y5 Y2 ~& Y' {9 B但是在ISO8124 a1 2007中已经将Annex A删除，则取代的标准为IEC62115，所以此时玩具应符合IEC62115的要求。IEC62115的要求与EN62115关于滥用测试方面的要求相同。

所以在ISO方面玩具符合旧版和新版ISO8124的要求，但是不符合IEC62115的要求。

3 `6 f, o6 ~# N' r0 U在ASTM中，电池驱动玩具包括在4.25 Battery Operation Toys的要求中，所以只需要符合ASTM即可，而ASTM的滥用测试年龄段也为8岁以下，无需进行滥用测试，所以该玩具符合ASTM的要求。

至于尖点方面的问题，IEC62115和EN62115中并没有相关要求，所以并不在考虑范围内。

扭力测试,只要是拇指和食指能够扣住就应测试

EN71 Section 4 Gerenal中提到需要做拉力测试的只有Protruding parts 和Projetiles。主要是针对保护件的拉力测试。除此之外Section4中的其他测试并没有任何字眼提到说需要做滥用测试。

如果楼主的的情况是出现在对Protruding Parts的保护件的拉力测试后的话，则玩具不能符合EN71的要求。

/ |5 Q) z5 D% C2 F1 h滥用测试也可针对三岁以上，譬如说一个适合三岁以上的玩具拿到后，并没有发现危险，但是我的工作经验告诉我，在滥用测试（如拉力测试、扭力测试等）之后，会出现小部件，小球甚至其他的危险，而标准上面又有相关的要求需在包装上加上警告语句，这时候就需要对这个产品进行滥用测试，去发现他的潜在危险，并要求加上相关的警告语句提醒客户注意。
