电容是不是电子元件

most of us often think that capacitor should be considered as electronic component. according to general knowledge , computer and tv are included in electrical household appliances. but it's not up to the standard。

电容肯定是电子元件。
只是不一定是关键元件

电容是通常意义上的电子元件，但在家电标准里面，不属电子元件。
