By the way, I think the VN has already been issued at your customers' side, and hold the shipment . Normally if VN was issued and hold shipment happened, then UL will ask:# Q& _! W( w$ O, N
1. Remove the UL mark from the products;
2 ?; f! r E9 K1 _* I" u6 v2. Rework the VN, change the label and let it can fufill the UL's requirements, that means your customer must change the label supplier to another one which has the PGJI2/8 approval.

so in this case, you can try to solve this problem as the above-mentioned ways. and don't be afraid of, everything can be solved.
