各位老师看看这个证书的标准是不是用错了。

As checked in CENELEC, EU only gets EN60825-1:1994+A1+A2 and EN60825:2007. Since your LED was tested in 2008, the standard EN60825-1:1994+A1+A2 should be used that moment.

About the standard on your certificate, the EN60825-1:2001 does not exist in the EU harmonized standard list. That means your certificate should not be valid in all cases. It is not possible for SGS to make such the above mistake. Is your certificate really issued by SGS??

A stand-alone LED should not be considered a lamp. Hence, EN62471:2008 may not be applicable because this standard is applicable to the lighting product only. Please note that EN62471:2008 will completely replace EN60825-1:1994+A1+A2 after 1 Sept 2011.

As EN60825-1:2007 removes LED from its scope, your LED needs not test with this new standard. Please note that EN60825-1:2007 will completely replace EN60825-1:1994+A1+A2 after 1 Sept 2010.

另外通过查询，SGS说这个证书是06年颁发的，有可能被工厂改成08年了。

很有趣的报告,作为SGS不大应该阿, 太明显的问题
1. 中英文混用
2. 即时当时是可以用60825-1, 但是也应该有A1,A2

1) SGS Test Report / Cert
Although the test report was issued in 2006 by SGS, the version of his test standard is not correct. This is because EN60825-1:2001 cannot be found in the EU standard list.

2) Safety Test
A stand-alone LED diode need not testing. However, I think EN62471 will be used to test your light torch as a whole.
