I'm sorry that It may require a long time to complete the issues, but I will try and not give up.

actually for the case in attached file, one lab will consider the reinforced insulation(double insulation) shall be achieved for individual resistor in Protective circuit.

but personally I would think them as a whole not separated as only one resistor will not be protective impedance. |
