若电池盖用工具打开后,可用指甲拧紧(稍微紧),电池盖也展现出稳定工作的一面,但是可用指甲拧开?

这样的设计本意是需要工具打开的。所以该玩具是需要用工具打开的。即使用指甲可以打开，测试时都是认为用工具。
