接地端子的问题

接地处接地焊片于灯具外壳接触的地方必须将油漆出去！接地电阻需小于0.5欧姆，还有图示按照60598-1标准为不合格品，接地焊片必须上下都加带齿的防滑垫片

使用螺栓带居齿的接地片的话，应该是符合，但你的材料是否符合IEC60950-1中附录J电化学电位表，两种接触的金属电化学电位低于0.6V

锁金属件的需要的是机械螺丝，而非自攻螺丝~

You could refer to the following grounding requirement of IEC60598-1 and check it it will comply with it.

1. The earth terminal connection shall be adequately locked against accidental loosening.
2. Self-tapping screws may be used to provide earth continuity and at least two screws are used.
3. Thread-forming screws may be used to provide earth continuity .
4. The screw or the other part of the earth terminal shall be made of brass or other non-rusting
metal, and the contact surface shanll be bare metal.
5. It comply with the earth continuity test of 10A, 0.5Ohm

绿螺丝是不是有喷漆啊，那样不行的

如果在地线片下没有加外齿花介子就不行，绿螺丝（自带齿纹）只能防松，但灯体是喷漆或喷塑表面处理的，必须要有外齿花介子在地线片下来破油漆层，保证接地测试连续性。
