你们都理解的不对吧,我认为是孔的厚度是指和壁垂直方向的

说来说去，其实是很简单的东西，因为不好描述，所以说得很复杂。
就相当于戒指所造成的危险，戒指面比较宽戴着就舒服点，如果比较窄就有点勒的感觉。
0.062inch就相当于戒指面的宽度。
这样大家就都理解了吧。

1.ASTMF963标准不是说得很清楚了么，子弹滥用前后不能有尖点，里边啊，或者小物件啊。。我见过很多子弹都可以做成不是小物体的。。
2.圆孔还要看材料的宽度，深入得深度等要求，标准还说了看圆孔要看SHEET,其他厚得东西可以不看了。。
3 。这个玩具可以4+以上的小孩玩耍，除非你坚持做8+与包装都标8+，那么滥用就不用作了，但是这个条款针对全年龄，还要符合4.21全部要求地。。
4.因为你那个子弹有吸盘，有一定的危害，要是在EN,吸盘还要承受90N。。

如果末端是吸盘，就要90N的力去拉，不论其年龄段是全年龄段或3+都是90N

EN71-1:2005+A8:2009
Resilient materials used as impact surfaces shall not become detached when tested according to 8.4.2.3 (tension test, protective components) unless the resulting elements still conform to the relevant requirements of this part of EN 71. If the impact surface is a suction cup it shall not become detached when tested according to 8.4.2.3 (tension test, protective components).

8.4.2.3 Protective components (see 4.9 and 4.17.1)
Gradually apply a force of (60 ± 2) N within 5 s. Maintain the force for 10 s.
Determine whether the component has become detached.
吸盘应该拉60N是没错的吧

到底这个0.062inch是指哪个尺寸;如果真如21楼说相当于戒指面的宽度.那么哪个标准中的深度大过10mm,这个10MM是什么呢?
我的理解0.062inch是圆孔壁厚度(构成圆孔周围材料壁厚度),10MM才是指这个圆孔深度,就相当于戒指面宽度,因为手指放入圆孔就相当于戴了个大大的戒指;不知道这个理解对不!
急待正确理解说明!请大家给个标准理解最好能附上图片说明:
