球压时间计算

等到达到设定温度，并达到近似温度平衡后，才将待测件迅速放进压头上并施加重物。
时间为60min+2/-0 min.

楼上各位大部分都赞成等温度回升了才开始计时,可标准里面说的是"施加60+2/0min,并未说要等温度回升才计时,我认为当你把球压放到样品上时,样品已经开始经受考验,虽然由于开门导致温度下降,可标准不是要求我们在尽可能短的时间里完成吗?所以我认为是样品放好后关上门就计时.

GB 5169.21-2006原文由以下内容：
“为确保不使烘箱和试验样品支座的温度明显下降，试验样品的放置应在可行的短时间内完成。
施加60min+-2min/0min的时间，然后从试验样品上移去压力球……”

我的理解和楼主一样，就是关门即开始计时，因为标准是希望放置样品不会引起温度变化的，所以放上压力球就应该开始计时！

7 Test procedure
7.1 Conduct the test in air, in a heating oven at a temperature specified in the relevant specification, within a tolerance of +/-2 o C. The heating oven and test specimen support shall be maintanined at the test temperature for 24 h or until thermal equilibrium is reached, whichever occures sooner.
When thermal equilibrium conditions are reached, place the test specimen on the approximate center of the test specimen support so that its upper surface is horizontal. Gently lower the pressure ball on to the appromate centre of the test specimen.
[解读]: 将烤箱与测试样品支架的温度升到设定的温度，维持24h,或者达到热平衡，以时间短者为准。
将样品放在压头的条件是(烤箱与测试样品支架的温度升到设定的温度，并且)达到热平衡，所以之前达到热平衡的时间不算在内。否则，因为加热温升速率的不同和达到热平衡时间的不确定性，时间不好控制，比如，达到热平衡的时间是1.5小时,很显然与60min的测试时间相矛盾。

很多测试就这么做了。至于按没按标准做就是另一回事。

等球压仪温度升到所要测试的温度，再把胶料放进去，等温度再升上来开始计时。
