8.6 If units or technical data are expressed by symbols, the following symbols shall be used:

8.1 Tools shall be marked with:

– symbol for class II construction, for class II tools only;
– IP number according to degree of protection against ingress of water other than IPX0. If
) j5 ]& d! P2 O, Q$ tthe first numeral for the IP numbering is omitted, the omitted numeral shall be replaced by
the letter X, for example IPX5;
– “WARNING – To reduce the risk of injury, user must read instruction manual” or the sign
M002 of ISO 7010F

If used, the word “WARNING” shall be in capital letters not less than 2,4 mm high and
shall not be separated from the cautionary statement.
If used, the statement shall be verbatim except the term “operator’s manual” or “user
& Z$ ^9 i7 P. s& E; ]& ]* B0 @guide” may be used for the term “instruction manual”;
Additional markings are allowed, provided they do not give rise to misunderstanding.

如果是电动机或motor，标的是理论转速。一般鼠笼式电动机有转速差，即转子转速滞后定子内的磁场转速。电动类器械的实际空载输出转速比理论转速只差一点点。作为一个机械设计人员，电动类器具铭牌上的转速是通过其它参数决定的。如所需的整体功率，所要输出的转速。再来决定所需要电动类器械的原始输入转速。但一部机械的设计，设计人员应最关心的是电动类器械的输出功率和转矩，其次才是转速。
