绝缘材料的厚度疑问？

不能一概而论，如果不满足加强绝缘的2mm的话但满足21.2实验的要求也可。但厚度不能小于0.7mm

回答三点：
1） EN 60335-1: 2002 cl 21.2 Accessible parts of solid insulation shall ahve sufficent strength to prevent penertaration by sharp implements.
compliance is checked by subjecting the insualtion to the following test (abrasion test by hardened steel pin), unless the thickness of supplementary insulation is at least 1 mm and that of reinforce insultioan is at lest 2mm.
或者
2）通过test Bb of IEC 60068-2-2的测试。
如果是可接触的外部面，则可以：
3） EN 60335-1：2002/A12：200629.3.Z1 If accessible reinforced insulation consitsts of a single layer, the thickness of this layer shall comply with Table Z1.
150<=300 , overvoltage category II, 0,6mm.
