请教J大，dry/damp/wet跟indoor/outdoor，这两种概念之间是什么关系？

关于这三个概念，请参考如下：
Location, damp – an exterior or interior location that is normally or periodically subject to condensation
' \+ X; ^6 a" iof moisture in, on, or adjacent to, electrical equipment, and includes partially protected locations.
Location, dry – a location not normally subject to dampness, but may include a location subject to
temporary dampness, as in the case of a building under construction, provided ventilation is adequate to

1 o  e2 f; V. E4 fLocation, wet – a location in which water or other liquid can drip, splash, or flow on or against electrical

INDOOR USE – Use in an indoor location or where wet contact is not likely to occur.
