根据UL859
Cl.36.3 The power input to the appliance is to be measured with the appliance at operating temperature under full-load conditions, and while connected to a circuit of a voltage in accordance with 37.1.13. Control switches or the equivalent, if provided, are to be set to give the maximum power input. For an appliance having a preheat cycle of operation as defined in 3.23, the maximum input value measured during the preheat cycle, with the appliance at room temperature at the beginning of the measurement, is to be used to determine compliance with the requirement specified in 36.1.

Exception: The power input of an appliance that uses a positive temperature coefficient (PTC) heating element shall be measured 1 minute after it has become energized.

这个标准是要求1min后定这个功率！

加拿大标准CSA22.2 No.36关于PTC发热体测试方法如下：
Cl. 6.2.6 Equipment having PTC heater elements shall be tested for steady-state wattage, as demonstrated by the sample exhibiting the highest current out of a total of three samples, all of which shall exhibit approximately similar results. The steady-state rating is the wattage at thermal equilibrium or after 1 h, whichever is reached first, with the ambient air free form draughts at 25±1℃ and 48-52% relative humidity.

这个标准就要求在稳定状态下测试额定功率，但是像周期性动作的PTC是根本不会有稳定后的功率，所以就采用(瓦/时)累计的方法算平均值。

不是PTC发热元件,是陶瓷发热件的.......UL里定的是PTC的功率,难道没有陶瓷发热件的吗?

你好有意思哟！陶瓷本身会发热吗？我没有见过，你讲的不清楚，是陶瓷内部加电热丝（管），还是咋回事呀？摔开来只有陶瓷？若摔开来只有陶瓷就是PTC材质的哟。请讲清楚好吗？要不发个图来行不？

呃......我说的陶瓷发热件也就是MCH,,是指将金属（现在多用钨浆料）发热层印刷在陶瓷基层上，然后在1600℃以上共同烧结而成的陶瓷发热体。MCH在通电工作时，温度能够在30秒钟内上升到800℃。基于MCH的优异性能，它被广泛应用于医疗器械、机械以及电子工业领域。同时，MCH还具有在工作时无噪音、不含有害物质的优点，在工作时放射对人体有益的红外线，是一种符合环保的新型电热元件。
