加拿大标准CSA22.2 No.36关于PTC发热体测试方法如下：

K, {Cl. 6.2.6 Equipment having PTC heater elements shall be tested for steady-state wattage, as demonstrated by the sample exhibiting the highest current out of a total of three samples, all of which shall exhibit approximately similar results. The steady-state rating is the wattage at thermal equilibrium or after 1 h, whichever is reached first, with the ambient air free form draughts at 25±1℃ and 48-52% relative humidity.

这个标准就要求在稳定状态下测试额定功率，但是像周期性动作的PTC是根本不会有稳定后的功率，所以就采用(瓦/时)累计的方法算平均值。

不是PTC发热元件,是 陶瓷发热件的.......UL里定的是PTC的功率,难道没有陶瓷发热件的吗?

你好有意思哟！陶瓷本身会发热吗？我没有见过，你讲的不清楚，是陶瓷内部加电热丝（管），还是咋回事呀？摔开来只有陶瓷？若摔开来只有陶瓷就是PTC材质的哟。请讲清楚好吗？要不发个图来行不？
