没看过GB的, IEC 61347-1 以及 IEC 60598-1 都是满足下面2个条件一个就OK：
* y/ M. s- A8 n2 h, R1. 25Vac or 60Vdc
! t4 z8 y5 [; c+ P7 ~1 E2. 不满足1的条件就touch current 有要求.
最新版的598 还分了IP20灯具跟非IP20灯具,

10.4 Controlgears providing SELV may have accessible conductive parts in the SELV circuit;
if: the rated output voltage under load does not exceed 25 V r.m.s. or 60 V d.c. ripple free d.c.
where the voltage exceeds 25 V r.m.s. or 60 V ripple free d.c., the touch current does not

2 a' N/ w2 a+ ?where the voltage exceeds 25 V r.m.s. or 60 V d.c., the touch current does not exceed:
•  for a.c.: 0,7 mA (peak);
4 n( _! E6 I5 q•  for d.c.: 2,0 mA.
If the voltages or currents exceed the values given above, at least one of the conductive
parts in the SELV circuit shall be insulated by insulation capable of withstanding a test
voltage of 500 V r.m.s. for 1 min.
–  For luminaires which are other than ordinary the nominal voltage (under load and under
no load) does not exceed 12 V r.m.s. or 30 V ripple-free d.c.. When the luminaire is
% n0 }" E( F* ]7 }" w* X) @5 dopened for light source replacement, the voltage limits for ordinary luminaires are
applicable (for parts only accessible during maintenance)

不管输出多少V，SELV或者非SELV都可以直接用引线输出
