看来对这个问题感兴趣的朋友还蛮多的，特意将IEC 户外的可移动式灯具倾倒测试的规定整理了一下。UL 153中相关的内容zhh0815已贴于第6贴。

IEC 60598-2-4-1997 Portable general purposeluminaires

4.6.3 Portable luminaires shall have adequate stability. Compliance shall be checked by placing the luminaire in the most unfavourable position of normal use on a plane inclined at an angle of 6° to the horizontal, the surface of the plane being such that the luminaire does not slide.
