我看了这么多回复感觉大家有点偏离主题了,楼主的问题是器具金属外壳已经接地为什么还要在电源线的外层再加一个绝缘层。答案其实很简单:见CL.16.3- P: F5 S; U# x! i2 w6 k& L/ J2 R

' z5 r% _; q" D8 o0 d4 _7 C1 A( c见加粗部分,在打耐压这部分电源线进口或压线扣部分,电源线的外部是要加锡箔纸的。如果电源线外部没有另外的绝缘层,便是直接打在金属外壳=短路,耐压测试当然过不了。这与CL.25.20直接对应起来了,所以没有问题8 ?+ L6 y& S6 Y/ U( O2 m
