电动工具一般确实是标空载转速, 但标准没有强制要求标:
8.6 If units or technical data are expressed by symbols, the following symbols shall be used:

on the tool is the total maximum input or current that can be on circuit at the same time. If
! {# g e* X8 g; h9 S; m. \: T9 u1 ^a tool has alternative components which can be selected by a control device, the rated

the first numeral for the IP numbering is omitted, the omitted numeral shall be replaced by
