13 Leakage current and electric strength at operating temperature

The leakage current is measured by means of the circuit described in Figure 4 of0 T) K3 a3 y# O/ t
IEC 60990:1999. For class 0I appliances and class I appliances, except parts of class II( q+ |) E$ Q! g- t( Q. m0 U
construction, C may be replaced by a low impedance ammeter responding to the rated* U j5 t$ C- [" b! a# u
frequency of the appliance.
