电源产品不是强制要做吧？但所有插头都要做测试，如果是Plug-In的就麻烦了。

阿根廷的插头好像是250V的吧，上次有个客人送的样品打的220V，又返回去重新打样了哦！

相关国家的准入制度,早年CQC出过一本：《国际市场准入与认证制度研究》这本书，看看还是比较有用的。

阿根廷的电压是220V±10% 50Hz,依据：IRAM 2063(适用于二类），IRAM 2073（适用于一类）手册和标志必须用西班牙文，禁止使用类别0和类别01器具。

Energy Efficiency Labelling
According  to Resolution No. 319/99, mandatory labelling regarding energy efficiency and
noise emission is required.
The above requirement must be certified under mark certification scheme (ISO No. 5) by a
Recognized Argentinean Certification Body (at present IRAM and INTI are recognized for
certificate issuance).
The certification will be based on IRAM standards. At present the only products required to
be certified are Freezers and refrigerators.
Depending on the type of refrigerator (freezer, refrigerator, combo) .
there are different
stages to comply :
-  Letter of attestation issued by the certification body stating that the process was
started.
-  Labelling regarding efficiency alone.
-  Labelling adding noise emission.

According to Resolution 198/2004, products operating only with batteries do not need certification, except those
listed above.
Products rated below than 50V with dual (battery or adaptor) operation, with adaptor provided by the
manufacturer must include such adaptor duly certified. The owner’s manual must indicate that only the original
adaptor provided can be used for safety reasons.
In case that the adaptor is not provided by the manufacturer, the main characteristics of the required power supply
must be indicated in the owner’s manual.
