当时做这行时，这个行业的小公司都向福永的淇升电器厂看齐，六七千人的工厂呀

pls see the JD as below:

Conduct electrical - and mechanical tests according to EN/IEC-Standards.
Conduct performance tests and live time tests 
Collect and evaluate technical documents, which are relevant for the product.
Arrange meetings with Supplier / PE to discuss technical problems to speed up the improvement process.
Issue a test report based on the conducted tests.
Issue technical release in a test report if appointed to.
Get confirmation about Technical- or Production Release form Laboratory Manager or Assistant Laboratory Manager.
Prepare photo documentation after production has been released.
issue QC documents for external QC inspecti
Join QC inspection for first production of the products tested before.
Supervise and provide job duties for technicians who are appointed to the Safety Engineer.
