①04版应该是没有考虑II类结构部分,因此非金属材料通过金属膜与接地金属连接,且04版标准中也没有II类结构的限值。& h) G( J/ ~, C% R
②任一极(any pole)与每一极(every pole)就是个人理解了吧,我觉得应该没太大差异吧。
