请教很少有人涉及的 LED 柔性灯带 UL认证问题

如果使用的主标准是ＵＬ２３８８，我认为防火等级要求应该参考ＵＬ２３８８（要求Ｖ－０），而不能用ＵＬ８７５０来检查。

你所说的标准依据是在哪里？

一般来说，如果与终端产品标准要求重合，取要求更为严厉的要求。具体需要什么等级，请参考Clause6.3对照Table 6.2和UL2388看到底哪个要求更严。
其实根据UL8750，满足Class2或者LELE，并没有要求满足5VA。
