1、绝缘阻抗,在IEC60335中只提到这个概念,没有具体的描述,但在IEC 60745中9.1对绝缘阻抗有具体的描述:“In the case of protective impedance, the current between the part and the supply source shall/ D7 ~: a# B$ W
not exceed 2 mA for d.c., and its peak value shall not exceed 0,7 mA for a.c., and moreover:) _5 v! g' p+ n6 \1 c% v
– for voltages having a peak value over 42 V up to and including 450 V, the capacitance shall
' m+ l; d! c. }7 n' t- l( anot exceed 0,1 μF;. T# l2 k t- k$ V' l3 g: }3 O. N
– for voltages having a peak value over 450 V up to and including 15 kV, the discharge shall
9 O: _! A/ L4 S7 J0 x# ^not exceed 45 μC.”2 D8 }( Y, f6 [ P4 H4 F! y" V
2、耐压测试中,报警并不能证明就已经“绝缘击穿”,若你的电流限值设置的太低,耐压时可能因漏电流过大而报警,但绝缘并没有击穿,这种情况你可以调高电流限值,IEC60335中的耐压测试的电流限值是100mA,一般设置到100mA,都是不会报警的,而现在具体的测试中为了更好的考量产品,一般都会把这个电流限值提高到5mA或10mA,这是工厂或认证机构的内部管控,不能做为结果判断的,要判断就应该用100mA;
