举个例子,假如一器具额定参数为:220-240V,2000W的话. 2000 W是代表在电压为230V下的的功率,但是做11章正常温度测试的时候要换算到240V下的功率后,再乘1.15,而不是2000乘1.15
标准依据: 5.8.4 For appliances marked with a rated voltage range and rated power input
corresponding to the mean of the rated voltage range, when it is specified that the power
input is equal to rated power input multiplied by a factor, the appliance is operated at
– the calculated power input corresponding to the upper limit of the rated voltage range
multiplied by this factor, if greater than 1;
– the calculated power input corresponding to the lower limit of the rated voltage range
multiplied by this factor, if smaller than 1.
