Duties & Responsibilities:
-Respect and apply the test program defined by the offer.
-Pick the samples from login clerks
! o# }1 e& D" `7 H9 ~1 ?2 l-Prepare the samples for testing using prescribed testing methods, following testing standards / specifications, as required.
-Prepare test plan
8 P( ^8 k. O3 x-Issue test data sheets for recording the test results / findings.
-Apply the standards with appropriate test methods defined by LCIE china procedures when applicable
2 t- K4 N4 b, J-Apply the interpretations sheets (OSM, CTL, LCIE, etc) during the tests
+ o4 g2 Q, Q- U-Perform construction checks and other testing on electrical products according to prescribed testing methods, standards / specifications appropriate to the sample, as required, as complexity warrants.
8 K; Y& P% t; B-Accurately record test data and equipments used for tests, if applicable
& ~" o3 V3 x* b/ x/ I. y* c/ B-Record the consumable use, if needed
-Support and supervise if needed Lab. Technicians to conduct testing according to relevant standards.
% F  v2 ]+ a3 X$ K-Review test results / data provided by Lab. Technicians.
: S+ U0 z# k$ ?% x: d$ p9 D-Manage the samples for subcontracted tests
-Review the results provided by the subcontracting labs
-Prepare test reports
' X8 C( p. r* A2 e4 v-Transfer for signatory the test folders with all technical documents
-Transfer the samples to login clerks when tests are finished
( Q7 `) t$ ^" c$ T-Provide feedback to testing Manager regarding processes and recommendations for improvements.
