需要审厂的认证有哪些？都是一年审厂几次呢？

I'm a native Chinese guy, just cause there is no Chinese input in my company's PC, so it's more convenient for me to type english words...

there is no choice but to use English input

TKS ！ TUV-SUD和TUV-Rheinland是两个不同机构，它们间是相互认同厂检结果的。

You can understand the Type L and R as below:
"R" represents "regular", and most of this kind of products is regular products of UL and don't need to buy the UL labels directly from UL.
"L" means "Label" ,and most of this kind of products needs to directly order and buy the UL labels from UL, such as:
Appliance wiring material(UL758) needs the UL labels(normally blue)
Flexible cords(UL62) need the UL labels(normally, laser markings)
Cord sets and power supply cords(UL817), need UL labels(normally laser markings)
Wiring Harnesses(UL764) need UL labels( normally orange)...
