2 @2 J/ G- q: Y  R估计是楼主理解有误, 第二步不做是不会扣钱的, 因为你回签了报价单, 不回签是不会扣的, 因为合同并没有生效[s:3]

这是UL报价单后的原文:
"After UL has received acceptance of the Quotation from the Applicant and issued the Scope Letter to the Applicant or Applicant's authorized agent; in case either UL or the Applicant terminates the Project, the Applicant agrees that UL will be entitled to charge 25% of the Estimated Service Fee. After UL has sent out the Estimated Completion Date Letter to the Applicant or Applicant's authorized agent; in case either UL or the Applicant terminates the Project, the Applicant agrees that UL will be entitled to charge 50% of the Estimated Service Fee.
在本公司收到申请公司接受报价确认且发出“服务范围确认函”(Project Plan Letter) 到申请公司或

并非报价就收钱啊, 还是要客户回签才能扣款! 报价就收钱, 美华还不至于.

报价和确认报价是两码事!

是的挖...价格和样品要求是分开来了..原来是在一起的挖....所以不要随便就回签报价单!! 只要回签报价单2-3天内会有样品要求给你..然后就要收你费用了..

是的，回签了报价才算正式成立。回签后客服会发来样品要求等，但是感觉报价不是由工程师报很特别，客服会知道需要做哪些试验？
