对于IEC60335-1其实个人觉得最重要的几个关键词: 带电部件 可触及部件 还有绝缘/器具的分类几个概念。

对于任何一个产品,我们第一步要确定的是绝缘的类型:basic/supplementary/reinforced(double) insulation. 在对此判定的前面,我们必须考虑器具的类型(class 0, I, II III)。

For reinforced insulation, the higher step limit apply from table 16, that means the value for Overvoltage 4000V applies, it is 3.0mm

step 4: For Creepage

for basic insulation: see table 17, usaally we can determine the appliance pollution degree from concerned part 2( see -2-15 for kettle), it is pollution degree IIII. and material group IIIa/IIIb.# y b1 @/ L# p- _
there are two limit existed, 4.0mm for general basic insulation and 1.0mm for tubular heater.
