! F( {* E9 O+ @" i2 v我们有款电子式的电饭煲（适用60335-2-15），PCB板上有个0.1UF的X2电容器，是否需要测试插头两端的电压，且不能超过34V？我们的产品太给力了，插头拔掉1秒后有117V，
按标准的意思，超过0.1UF才要测试，这个超过是不是包含0.1UF？在语文的思维来说，应该小于或等于0.1UF不用测试的。

Any switch is then placed in the off position and the appliance is disconnected from the supply mains at the instant of voltage peak. One second after disconnection, the voltage between the pins of the plug is measured with an instrument that does not appreciably affect the value to be measured. The voltage shall not exceed 34 V.

Dear Luqing,

Sorry that maybe it is a late notice, we have done the plug discharged test, although base on your circuit, it has a 0,1UF X2 capacitor, but the discharge voltage after 1 sec is very high, from 76 V to 117 V.     

In this case, it needs to add the breeding resistor parallel to the X cap. Please study it and come back to me with the solution. Thanks.

# ^' e. Q- J) t9 z不超过0.1uF不用考量其断开一秒后插脚间电压，因为额定容量不大于0.1uF的电容器，不认为会引起电击危险。一个优秀的安全检测机构应出于安全角度出发考虑，严格执行标准规范，除非你有足够的证据去推翻不大于0.1uF这个概念。这不是擦边球，完全符合安全要求。个人理解可以不加放电电阻。

个人理解，这个条款的本意是考核的7种风险里面的“与能量相关的危险”，所以如果小于等于0.1，就认为电容储存的能量不可能导致危险，所以即使测出来电压很高，但也不会导致安全事故。但是会麻手，会导致客户投诉，这可能不是安规考虑的问题了，是厂家要考虑的问题了。

应该加两个放电电阻就OK了
