60335-1 22.5的理解~~

我们有款电子式的电饭煲（适用60335-2-15），PCB板上有个0.1UF的X2电容器，是否需要测试插头两端的电压，且不能超过34V？我们的产品太给力了，插头拔掉1秒后有117V，

按标准的意思，超过0.1UF才要测试，这个超过是不是包含0.1UF？在语文的思维来说，应该小于或等于0.1UF不用测试的。
大家有什么意见，欢迎讨论，讨论都有奖。

22.5 Appliances intended to be connected to the supply mains by means of a plug shall be constructed so that in normal use there is no risk of electric shock from charged capacitors having a rated capacitance exceeding 0,1 μF, when the pins of the plug are touched.
Compliance is checked by the following test. The appliance is supplied at rated voltage. Any switch is then placed in the off position and the appliance is disconnected from the supply mains at the instant of voltage peak. One second after disconnection, the voltage between the pins of the plug is measured with an instrument that does not appreciably affect the value to be measured. The voltage shall not exceed 34 V.

Dear Luqing,

Sorry that maybe it is a late notice, we have done the plug discharged test, although base on your circuit, it has a 0,1UF X2 capacitor, but the discharge voltage after 1 sec is very high, from 76 V to 117 V.

In this case, it needs to add the breeding resistor parallel to the X cap. Please study it and come back to me with the solution. Thanks.

单纯地从标准上讲，LZ的观点是没有问题的。但确有公司因此而导致客户被电击而受到质疑，我说的这家公司正是收购你公司的公司。作为一家认证机构，对标准的应用是本着减小各种安全事故的态度，0.1uF的电容所贮存的能量对正常人可能确是没有危险，但感觉还是明显的，不排除由此而引发特殊人群的意外。

比允许值的3倍还高，太明显了，40V以下可能还可以考虑

抛开标准问题来讲，如果认证机构已经给了你确认函但是后来又提出有问题，你可以质疑他们这种做法，或者投诉他们的工程师。
